This case study explores how the Doctor App unified scheduling, consultation, and earnings into a calm, reliable interface tailored to busy clinicians. Context
As patient demand for online consultations grew, Darmankade needed a reliable and professional platform for doctors to manage appointments, talk to patients, and track income.
The Doctor App was our answer — a unified dashboard and communication tool for clinicians.
The Challenge
Doctors had three core needs:
- Control — over scheduling, pricing, and patient flow.
- Clarity — in how online appointments were handled and paid.
- Reliability — stable performance during calls and data protection.
Yet many were skeptical about telemedicine. Our task was to design something so simple and trustworthy that adoption felt natural.
Research & Design Approach
Through interviews and usability sessions with practicing doctors, we mapped their priorities:

- “I need to trust that my patient list and payments are safe.”
We focused on speed, transparency, and calm design — minimizing visual noise and emphasizing actionable data.
